Our SGZ630 series sprockets are specifically engineered for heavy-duty underground mining operations, where high load capacity, exceptional wear resistance, and reliable chain engagement are essential. Each sprocket is carefully designed to minimize chain wear, reduce maintenance downtime, and maximize equipment service life.

Material & Heat Treatment

We select premium alloy steels such as 42CrMo and 40Cr, known for their superior strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance. Manufacturing options include precision forging or high-quality casting, followed by CNC machining to achieve perfect dimensional accuracy.
The sprockets then undergo quenching & tempering to balance hardness and toughness, with tooth surfaces hardened to 48–55 HRC for exceptional wear resistance. The final step includes an anti-rust oil coating for protection during storage and transportation.
