Product Overview
The bowl liner and mantle liner are the main components in a cone crusher that work together to crush the material. The bowl liner is fixed and is also called the stationary cone, while the mantle liner is movable and is also called the moving cone. During operation, the mantle liner follows a trajectory motion, moving closer to and further from the bowl liner, thereby compressing and crushing the material. Some of the material is discharged through the discharge opening.

Design Features
The PYB series mantles are engineered with precise geometry to ensure a tight fit with the cone crusher head. The design includes a conical profile with optional ribbing to enhance crushing power and material flow. Anti-spin features and mechanical locking systems improve operational stability, reducing the risk of slippage during high-speed operation.
