Product Application and Importance

Our company specializes in the manufacturing of spare parts for coal mine scraper conveyors, producing both cast and forged scrapers. 

These products are widely used in fully mechanized mining faces, gate road transfer systems, and other underground conveying equipment.
As a key wear-resistant component, the scraper's strength, toughness, and wear resistance are directly related to the stability and service life of the entire conveyor system.

Material and Performance

Cast scrapers are made from high manganese steel, high chromium alloy steel, or wear-resistant alloy cast iron. Manufactured using resin sand or coated sand molding techniques, they feature good shape flexibility, moderate cost, and excellent wear resistance, suitable for general working environments and medium-load conveying systems.

Forged scrapers are made from premium alloy steels such as 45#, 35CrMo, 42CrMo, and 40Mn2, processed through die forging + normalizing/tempering + end quenching. These scrapers offer dense structure, high impact resistance, and long fatigue life, making them ideal for heavy-duty, high-impact underground operations.

We are equipped with advanced forging lines, casting facilities, and heat treatment processes, and support mass production, non-standard customization, and drawing-based manufacturing, fully meeting customer demands for scraper performance, structure, and delivery time across different models.
