The Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher, also known as a VSI Crusher or VSI Sand Making Machine, is a high-performance crushing and shaping equipment widely used in sand making production lines, aggregate crushing plants, mining, and construction industries.
By adopting advanced impact crushing technology, this VSI crusher delivers excellent cubic-shaped particles with a high sand output rate.

Working Principle
Materials enter the VSI crusher through the feed inlet and are accelerated by a high-speed rotating rotor. Under strong centrifugal force, materials are thrown against the crushing chamber, where they collide with other materials or wear-resistant liners to achieve efficient crushing and shaping.

Two crushing modes are available:

Stone-on-Stone (for better particle shape)
Stone-on-Iron (for higher output capacity)
These modes can be adjusted according to different production requirements.
