b) The power transmission system adopts a friction coupling and belt drive, improving operational stability and shock resistance while reducing motor startup time.
c) The crushing trough is positioned on the base with locating pins, and fastened with bolts on both sides for easy, safe, and labor-saving replacement.
d) The size adjustment mechanism uses a hand pump–jack–shim structure, allowing adjustment without disassembling the crushing box or using external lifting equipment, making it convenient, safe, reliable, time- and labor-saving.
e) The small pulley assembly is lubricated with thin oil from a storage tank, and the bearings on the crushing shaft assembly are centrally lubricated via a manual grease station, reducing lubrication frequency and improving reliability by eliminating potential safety hazards.
f) A self-moving system is independently mounted on both sides of the crusher, enabling quick integral movement with the reloader when used together, using the lifting system and pushing device.
