Application Fields
Applicable materials: limestone, granite, marble, basalt, iron ore, river pebbles, shale, bluestone, coal, gypsum, alunite, etc.
Working Principle:
The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed within the crushing chamber. The materials are fed into the machine from the upper feeding port. Under the impact, shock, shearing, and grinding actions of the high-speed moving hammers, the materials are crushed. At the lower part of the rotor, there is a screen plate. The particle sizes of the crushed materials smaller than the screen hole size are discharged through the screen plate, while the coarse particle sizes larger than the screen hole size remain on the screen plate and continue to be struck and ground by the hammers, and then are discharged outside the machine through the screen plate.
