Luoyang Farvista Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Delong Industrial Park, 20 kilometers south of Longmen Grottoes in Luoyang. Founded in 1996, the company has been developed for more than twenty years, and it is a comprehensive enterprise mainly producing coal mining equipment, integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and service. The company covers an area of 55000 Square meters and now has 186 employees, including 9 engineers and technicians with middle and high titles. There are three functional centers: R&D center, casting workshop and processing workshop. The company and Henan University of Science and Technology to carry out in-depth cooperation, the formation of "production, learning, research" combined with the development of the road. Processing workshop has 48 sets of advanced equipments, which can process and produce all kinds of machining and riveting machines and accessories for coal mine. The Foundry Workshop of Luoyang Farvista Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. is equipped with a complete casting production line, including melting, molding, pouring, and post-processing systems. It specializes in producing high manganese steel, high chromium cast iron, alloy steel, and other customized wear-resistant parts and non-standard castings.
Key equipment includes medium-frequency induction furnaces, resin sand molding lines, sand treatment systems, heat treatment furnaces, and shot blasting machines. The workshop has an annual casting capacity of several thousand tons, supporting the stable supply of core components.
