Working Principle:

The PE jaw crusher is powered by an electric motor. Through the motor pulley, the eccentric shaft is driven via a V-belt and pulley system, causing the movable jaw to perform a reciprocating motion along a predetermined trajectory. Materials fed into the crushing chamber—formed by the fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, and side guards—are crushed and then discharged through the bottom discharge port. The working principle is simple and efficient.
